Refund Policy

7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our community with a 7-day no-questions-asked refund policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your membership within the first 7 days of purchase, you're eligible for a full refund.

Refund Process

  1. Email request to support@codedale.tech
  2. Use subject line: "Refund Request - Beyond Basics"
  3. Include your name, registered email, and purchase date

Refunds processed within 5-7 business days. Excludes renewed subscriptions.

Cancellation Policy

Membership Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

To cancel:

  1. Log in to your account dashboard
  2. Navigate to Billing Settings
  3. Follow cancellation prompts

Pro-Rata Refunds

Annual plan cancellations may qualify for partial refunds calculated from:

  • Time remaining in billing cycle
  • Unused community features
  • Content consumption history

Pro-rate requests reviewed case-by-case. Monthly plans non-refundable after 7 days.

General Terms

♻️ Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. We send reminders 3 days before renewal.

⚖️ Policy Changes: Significant changes communicated 30 days in advance. Continued use constitutes agreement.

🔐 Account Access: Cancelled members lose access immediately if for cause, at period end otherwise.
